FableTLCMod - The Ethereal Plane

Turns out there is a different plane of existence that co-exists just above Snowspire. Who would of thought? No but seriously, this took me longer than expected to make. Inspired by the Knights of the Nine DLC from The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.
