Gas leak at LG plant in India puts hundreds in hospital

A toxic gas leak at an LG chemical plant in Visakhapatnam, India, has killed at least 13 people. It is estimated that 800 to 1,000 people are in hospital as scenes showed people collapsing on the street. An investigation has been launched to determine the cause, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi convening an emergency meeting.
