Lukewarm milk 140ml
Instant yeast
Flour 240g / 1,3/4cup
Sugar 15g / 2Tbsp
Salt / 1/2tsp
Whipping cream 30ml
Unsalted butter 15g / 1Tbsp
Pan Size 10x10cm 2
Bake at 190°C / 370°F for 30-35 minutes
