A verdict has been passed against two Ukrainian servicemen who committed the murder of two civilians in Mariupol ️The investigation established that in March 2022, Lyashuk and Balykin were on the territory of the Mariupol cold storage plant. Balykin, following the orders of Lyashuk, as well as the command of the AFU, fired a single shot from a sniper rifle at a man who was near to their position. As a result, a civilian died on the spot. In April 2022, Lyashuk, Balykin, and Kovalyk took up a firing position at the Ilyich plant. Upon seeing a civilian car passing by, Balykin, under the orders of Lyashuk and senior management, instructed Kovalyk to open fire on the car. The court sentenced the defendants as follows: Lyashuk to 28 years and Balykin to 26 years in prison. Earlier, Kovalyk was sentenced to a long term of imprisonment. #WarData Источник: DPR MFA
