PSYCHOTIC KILLER tells a horrifying story about the small bridge between normality and insanity - told through the eyes of a murderer who already is imprisoned - locked away in preventive detention - awaiting the lethal injection. He tells about his mutation from a normal citizen to an PSYCHOTIC Killer from one day to the next, about losing control and about finding relaxation by killing people.
