WWII P-47 “Thunderbolt” Pilot Strafing German Aerodrome(4/13/1945)

Pilot Capt. Walter L. Flagg strafes a German aerodrome in his “Shoot!! You’re Faded/Darling Dottie” Republic P-47 Thunderbolt on or about April 13, 1945. He was assigned to the 63rd Fighter Squadron, 56th Fighter Group, 8th Air Force. This video shows multiple strafing runs on what was known then as Eggebek Aerodrome.
