Biden’s Motorcade stopped at red lights after motorcycle escort goes different route.

Well this was a strange motorcade on Sunday August 29th. The police escort went one way and the motorcade stopped at a light trying to decide which route to take back to the White House (there were protestors marching on the National Mall so there were some traffic issues they had to figure out.
