Shane Hennessy - Avenue (live at The National Concert Hall with Tommy Emmanuel)

During my guest performance at Tommy Emmanuel’s concert in the National Concert Hall in July 2016, I played my composition ’Avenue’ as a solo piece. Between the vibe from the audience of 1,200 people and the amazing sound (thanks to Steve Law!), I don’t think I’ve ever felt as comfortable on the stage. You’ll see me turn around after the first chorus because I totally forgot that some of the audience were up behind the stage in the choir balcony looking down - it was a 360 degree audience!
