Canadian Wildfire Smoke Reaches New York City

Wildfires ravaging swaths of Canadian forest have brought smoke and haze to the eastern United States. New York City turned an otherworldly shade of orange as the smoke smothers the city. Much of the affected areas have been under severe air quality alerts due to the smoke.
