GoPro captures QM1 rocket smoke ring before melting

On March 11, 2015 Orbital ATK fired the first Qualification Motor (QM1) for use in powering the SLS. This giant solid rocket motor burned over 1,500,000 pounds of propellant during its two-minute firing producing a peek thrust of 3,600,000 pounds.
