In English it’s extremely vague with this wording. I’ve been told it means that the familiarity has led to fatigue so I decided on “we know each other so well that we’re fatigued“. In the second instance of “натянут“ the singer adds a sound to the end which seems to change the word to “натянутом“ but the singer is actually just making a noise and it’s “натянут ааам“.
