NHRA Speed For All - Did Any Drag Racers Even Test This? I Expert Game Review (2022)

Like many other drag racing fans, I was very excited to hear that NHRA was creating a video game, and I hoped it would live up to the titles of the nineties. Unfortunately, what we have been left with is not so much a simulation as a quick-time event racer, with some glaring oversights that make it clear there were not many people with experience in drag racing supervising the development. You can race Top Fuel dragsters, Nitro Funny Cars, Pro Stock, Pro Mod and a made up class called Super Modified. While it looks visually spectaular (especially on systems besides the Switch), there are so many issues with inaccuracies and the physics that the play experience is left wanting.
