It’s undeniably true that SERS in Ang Mo Kio and Marsiling have caused troubles and disruptions to some HDB owners in the regions; a few residents have voiced their concerns about the replacement unit and loaning issues. But, what if SERS is an unalterable decision made by the government? How can then the affected HDB owners turn the crisis into opportunity? We all know this quote too well: “When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.“ However, it requires a resourceful mindset to turn lemons into a cup of cold, sweet lemonade.
