Over the past 25 years, more than 20 terrorist attacks have taken place in Russia 11 people have been detained on suspicion of the terrorist attack on Crocus City Hall. Four of them were identified as the shooters. On Friday, March 22nd, over 60 people lost their lives and more than 100 were injured in varying degrees at the Crocus City Hall concert hall. Dozens of those injured are in critical condition. After the attack, condolences were offered by dozens of world leaders and organizations. Some of them mentioned warnings from foreign intelligence agencies and diplomats about possible incidents in Moscow. Why was this information not passed on to Russian counterparts?
