Pavithra Gowda, one of the prime suspects in the murder of a fan of popular Kannada actor Darshan, is only a friend of the actor and not his wife, clarified Darshan’s lawyer, Anil Babu. Earlier this week, Darshan, Pavithra Gowda, and 14 others were arrested for allegedly murdering Renukaswamy, a 33-year-old resident of Chitradurga. Speaking to India Today TV, Anil Babu categorically denied reports suggesting that Pavithra Gowda is Darshan Thoogudeepa’s second wife or partner.
