History was made with the first song ever played from another planet (Mars) was broadcast from NASA’s Curiosity rover on the Red Planet. The event was held during an educational event for students from the Los Angeles neighborhood where grew up. Students and rocket scientists alike bobbed their heads and clapped as the music stream came back to Earth.
