I started screaming “Yeah Buddy“ over 25 years ago in the gym simply because I needed to get myself fired up when I trained alone and in Louisiana where I grew up, we called everyone buddy so I screamed “Yeah Buddy“ one day and it stuck. I never in a million years thought it would reach the status it has today among the fitness community and certainly never thought I would have my own product with that phrase on the front.
