Yoga For Muscle Recovery & Flexibility | Full Body Slow Flow Stretch
Use this 25-Minute full body yoga sequence to deeply stretch your shoulders, hips, quads and hamstrings to help relieve sore muscles and increase flexibility. This will be a slower paced class where we hold the poses for multiple breaths. Listen to your body to find your edge and use your breath to ease into any areas of tension or tightness. All levels welcome and no props needed!
