Assads leaves presidential post, orders ’peaceful transfer of power’ - Russian Foreign Ministry

Russia confirms President Assad has left Syria & ordered ’peaceful transfer of power’, following negotiations with ’conflict participants.’ Moscow was not a party to these negotiations, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
