DRIVER’S EYE - Sheldon Creed - Stadium SUPER Truck - GP of St. Pete

Misc. clips of driver’s eye perspective, from 16 year old driver Sheldon Creed during the SST (Stadium SUPER Truck) race just prior to the season opening race for the 2014 Verizon IndyCar Series. Camera used was a prototype I built that is designed to mount to the top, center of the visor (not the helmet). The lens is about 0.5“ above the drivers eye line, so with a 120 degree lens, it gives a true driver’s POV and not the fish-eye, un-natural look of the 170 degree lenses a lot of action cameras use now.
