A home built in 1953 by Julie’s grandfather had a ton of sentimental value and a general architectural aesthetic that Ian and Julie loved. What it really needed was a facelift, a more functional layout, and to bring it into today’s day and age. Working collaboratively with Synthesis Design, Twin Lions Contracting completed this amazing transformation while keeping to the c...lients’ core vision for the home. A couple small additions, all new interior layout, fully upgraded mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, a new building envelope, and a suite of beautiful finishes created a home that will be around for the next generations of their family.
