Abs to Zen Body Sculpt (Phase 2 of 3) with Natalie Jill

This Workout is Abs to Zen’s Intermediate Body Sculpt with professional trainer Natalie Jill. This is Phase 2 of the body sculpt workout program which has some of the same exercises as phase 1, but along with many additional workouts. This workout is designed so it can be done alone at anytime or in addition to the other phases. This is Phase 2 of 3 of the body sculpt workout program which is more intense then Phase 1 but easier than Phase 3. This workout program starts off with a Dynamic Warm-up, then goes into Lower Body exercises working the legs butt. Next are exercises for the Core Upper Abs, then the Upper Body (Shoulders, Arms, Cardio), and last is the Cool Down. For this workout, although not required, all you need is a fitness mat and a pair of dumbbells.
