*Fixed* TF2 Spy Building Dispenser Exploit

There’s a new glitch thanks to the Solider and Demoman update. Apparently somehow valve messed up the code allowing spys to build dispensers! Also if you build a dispenser your sapper vanishes until you return to a med cabinet. *FIXED* new record valve, you fixed a major game flaw in less than a day. Kudos! *UPDATE* wow Valve, twice?
