10 years old little dog was found dehydrated, skinny, and barely able to move

Tootie is feeling so so much better, she is much more energetic and she is so trusting and happy to be alive. Tootie will need lifelong treatment. Tootie may be old age but she has the puppy spirit, she plays around all day and has become the most beautiful dog ever.
