Full title reads: “North Carolina. Ablaze at Sea! Burning oil tanker makes awe-inspiring spectacle as she goes down in mass of flames.“ North Carolina, United States of America (USA). Shots of oil tanker - ’Doris Kellick’ (sp?) - on fire at sea. Various shots as thick black smoke rises from the ship. Some of the oil spilled onto the sea sets fire and smoke rises from that.
