This Vinyasa Flow Yoga class brings you through sequences that prepare the body to move from Wild Thing to Wheel Pose.
It’s a challenging class that offers advanced options like kicking to handstand through your vinyasa; taking an arm balance sequence that includes both koundinyasana poses and chin stand; doing lotus in a headstand; kicking over from wheel; and practicing hollowback pincha toward the end. As always, work at your level. My classes are like a framework: You definitely don’t have to take all of the options, and you can obviously insert more advanced variations wherever you want to.
Those of you looking for a very strong practice might think it starts off slowly, but it gets to the rigorous stuff, it really does. I’ve been loving a slower burning warm-up to respect the bod as it opens.
If you consider yourself an advanced intermediate but find this inaccessible... I’m sure you ARE advanced intermediate. These categories are just so giganti
