Rep. Chu Speaks in Support of Resolution of Regret for Chinese Exclusion Act

Congresswoman Judy Chu spoke on the House floor in favor of her resolution of regret for the Chinese Exclusion Act. This is only the 4th time in 25 years that Congress has passed such a resolution.
