The incident occurred at ElectTronex on Market Square in #Uxbridge. The woman, needing money to buy something else, became enraged when her request for a refund was denied. During her outburst, she pulled dozens of phone cases off the shelves and threw them on the floor. Horrified onlookers saw her repeatedly swearing at the store worker and using a racial slur. The woman, dressed in a black gilet, cream-colored hoodie, and black Mary Jane shoes, was eventually handcuffed by three police officers. Despite the severity of her actions, the store owner chose not to press charges. However, the police have stated that they will review video footage of the incident, which includes racist comments and threats, and will speak to the shop staff again.
