I wanted to really drill home that with the right source tone you don’t need to do much - if any - processing, so for this clip I used the default cab and microphone (Massive, SM57) that loads on startup with no post-EQ whatsoever. The cab IRs themselves are raw captures, so this is really celebrating just how great the right speaker and mic position can sound with no further work needed. The guitar signal chain is my Manson guitar with Bare Knuckle Polymath pickups, into the Neural Archetype Nolly plugin (green boost, amp 3, EQ/cabinet/ambience bypassed) into the Cali Oversized plugin.
