A local teenager was arrested at his high school Wednesday on capital murder charges for the shooting deaths of a young father and son outside a West Side gas station in December 2023. Joshua Castro, 18, told news cameras he was “not a murderer“ while being escorted away in handcuffs at Public Safety Headquarters, hours after being pulled from class at Holmes High School and arrested.
