Police Bodycam Footage Shows Cop Shooting Family Dog

At a heated city council meeting in Iowa, residents rally around Don Hesseltine whose dog was fatally shot by a police officer. The incident was captured in newly-released police bodycam footage. The dog later died from the gunshot wound. Police officials are supporting the cop, saying his actions were lawful.
