Miss Aileen Riggin is a world champion diver. She demonstrates her diving technique for the camera.
First dive is a running swallow dive. Mr W.J. Howcroft the well known swimming authority states that Miss Riggin was a world champion at the age of 13 which he believes is a record. (This is communicated through an intertitle). We see Miss Riggin diving in slow motion. A jack knife is demonstrated, then a full twist. Youngsters watch and applaud.
Various dives are seen in slow motion. A one and a half somersault is next. We see Miss Riggin enter the water from a high angle - possibly from a higher diving board. One of Miss Riggin’s little jokes is demonstrated - the Fountain dive. This is a dive where Miss Riggin spurts water from her mouth as she dives in.
