Russia attacks Ukraine, leaving 18 people dead, 130 wounded, over 200 sites damaged

That’s according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in his nightly video address, also on Tuesday. He said Kyiv and Kharkiv were among the cities attacked and that 18 people were killed and 1-hundred-30 wounded, with sites including residential buildings hit. He also said the number of deaths could rise as rescue operations continue in Kharkiv.
