Ingredients:
chicken breast - 3 pieces
salt - 8 g ( oz)
black pepper - 5 g ( oz)
flour - 100 g (3.5 oz)
butter - 60 g (2 oz)
OVER MEDIUM FIRE 5 minutes on both sides
butter - 20 g (0.7 oz)
garlic - 2 cloves
soy sauce - 30 ml (1 fl oz)
honey - 80 g ( oz)
vinegar - 10 ml ( fl oz)
salt - 5 g ( oz)
black pepper - 4 g ( oz)
parsley - 10 g ( oz)
OVER MEDIUM FIRE 10 minutes
for the salad:
cabbage - 300 g (10.6 oz)
carrot - 1 piece
red onion - 50 g ( oz)
green onion - 10 g ( oz)
yogurt - 150 g (5.3 oz)
oregano - 10 g ( oz)
salt - 8 g ( oz)
black pepper - 4 g ( oz)
mustard - 20 g (0.7 oz)
oil - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
