Emma will lead you through two circuits with three exercises each - one for the glutes, one for the posterior chain, and one for the core muscles. Pay careful attention to the proper technique cues that she gives to prevent injury and to get as much value from this core and glutes workout circuit as possible. FYI, these exercises are great because they are exercises you can do anywhere (exercises you can do at home) and they don’t require any gym equipment whatsoever. It’s all about functional fitness and doing exercises that will help you move better day to day!
