Biden shouts at reporters, confuses Mexico with Egypt as he defends mental competence

A furious Joe Biden shouted at reporters who questioned his mental agility at an impromptu press conference on Thursday evening, hours after a bombshell report revealed he had struggled to remember when he was vice president. The president spoke from the White House to respond to a report by special counsel Robert Hur, who investigated Mr Biden’s storage of classified documents.
