TECHNO HENKO | Saito Sensei ~ Technical Aikido Master

This video is a tribute to Morihiro Saito, close student to the founder of Aikido - Morihei Ueshiba (O’Sensei). Morihiro Saito Sensei is known for his technical Aikido, emphasis on the basics and deep understanding of the connection between the armed and unarmed techniques. Iwama style of Aikido is based on Saito Sensei’s teachings which consist of Taijutsu (body techniques), Kenjutsu (sword techniques) and Jojutsu (short staff techniques).
