We haven’t done an official low impact workout in a while! So today we are doing a real low impact, prenatal safe Muay Thai Combo workout! This is a 40 minute workout with 4 rounds. Each round has 4 45 second exercises and 1 full 60 minute final combo at the end. So be ready throw tons of knees and kicks!
