Amassakoul -- Tinariwen from Live 8 Eden Africa Calling

The great Mali desert band Tinariwen was one of the highlights of Live 8, the African concert hosted by Peter Gabriel and WOMAD. A major influence on Robert Plant’s recent music, Tinariwen are touring in fall 2007 and will be at the Grand Opera House in Wilmington on November 18, 2007 at 7 PM, co-sponsored by the Arden Concert Gild.
