I was pleasantly surprised when comparing the Kiive Audio version to the Softube plugin version and in blind tests I almost always chose the Kiive Audio version over the softube version. What you have here is a very simple yet effective compressor plugin. You can’t go far wrong using it. Lots of additional features have been added to the KC1 including side chain filter, wet dry mix, x16 oversampling, THD and mid/side.
