Introductory intertitle reads: “Many years ago armed guards marched out of the old Forts along the Hogs Back, near Guildford. Today, it’s a new kind of army - of Surrey Schoolgirls!“ L/S of group of girls in school uniform walking along and chatting. “On the slopes they have their lessons - “ L/S of the girls sitting on a sloping hill with their teacher standing at the front giving the lesson. Closer view of the teacher and the girls with their books. Camera pans across the girls. “And inside the Fort - net-ball reigns - “ High angle shot of a game in progress. Girls play in gymslips. “No thought of war here - “ the girls have a wash and comb their hair outdoors. C/U of the girls brushing their teeth and smiling at the camera.
