Zooming in On Unusual Galaxy Messier 106 | ESA Hubble Space Telescope Science HD Video

Visit my website at - nearby galaxy Messier 106 appears at first glance to be just another spiral galaxy. A closer examination, however, reveals it has what looks like a second set of spiral arms made up of hot gas instead of stars. This is most likely caused by the exceptionally active black hole at the center of this galaxy. Please rate and comment, thanks! Credits: NASA, ESA, L. Calçada, Digitzed Sky Survey 2, R. Gendler, J.
