The Beatles performed at the “New Musical Express Pollwinners Concert“ at the Empire Pool in Wembley. They performed five songs: She Loves You / You Can’t Do That / Twist and Shout / Long Tall Sally & Can’t Buy Me Love and then received some awards. The whole concert extravaganza was filmed and broadcast as a TV special 2 weeks later.
