Joe Jonas, Jonathan Majors & Glen Powell Have Fun Promoting Devotion at TIFF 2022

One of the many films to world premiere at this year’s Toronto International Film Festival was director J.D. Dillard’s (Sleight, Sweetheart) Devotion. Set during the Korean War, Devotion is based on the book “Devotion: An Epic Story of Heroism, Friendship, and Sacrifice“ by Adam Makos, and chronicles the true story of the US Navy’s first Black aviator Jesse Brown (Jonathan Majors) and his wingman Tom Hudner (Glenn Powell). Coming from completely different backgrounds, the two forged a lasting bond and showcases what Brown had to deal while fighting for his country. Devotion also stars Christina Jackson, Joe Jonas, and Thomas Sadoski. The Devotion screenplay was written by Jake Crane and Jonathan A. H. Stewart and executive produced by Dillard and Powell. Molly Smith, Rachel Smith, Thad Luckinbill, and Trent Luckinbill serve as producers. Shortly before the film played at TIFF, Glen Powell, Jonathan Majors, Joe Jonas, Christina Jackson, Tom Sadoski, and J.D. Dillard stopped by the Colli
