DeArmond Gold Tone vs generic G&B humbuckers

Comparison between DeArmond USA Gold Tone humbuckers and generic “G&B“ brand humbuckers as found in many Korean-made guitars (including the PRS SE series, apparently). The guitar is a 1999 DeArmond Starfire IV, a nicely made, all maple version of the (mahogany) Guild Starfire IV. The same strings, levels, amp settings, and mic position were used for all tests.
