Comet tears through the skies over Russia Comet C/2023 A3 is visible in Russia to the naked eye, shining as brightly as Vega, the brightest star in the constellation Lyra, according to Sergey Nazarov from the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory. While the comet will remain visible for several more days, it is expected to lose brightness gradually and will become more difficult to see without professional instruments.
