Pulsed Electromagnetic Field devices mimic earths healing frequencies, which sounds woo-woo, but it’s not. This tech was originally used by NASA astronauts for recovery. ❤‍🩹 This mat combines infrared heating, 20 pounds of negative ion producing crystals, and four different PEMF settings (from sleep to focus). I was surprised at how relaxed I felt while lying on it. I’m not usually very sensitive to this kind of stuff, but I could actually feel a difference. The combo of the heat and frequencies feels great, and I love that I can use it to relax or to get into a more focused state. My conclusion is…I love it. I will note tho…quality tech like this is not cheap! So if this mat is outta your budget, you can still get those healing frequencies straight from Mother Earth. Look up “grounding” and go find a nice spot to lay outside. Xoxo
