Medics train under high stress

Field medics with 1st Squadron, 158th Cavalry Regiment, Maryland Army National Guard train at the Bridgewater-Vaccaro Medical Simulation Training Center at Fort Drum N.Y., Aug. 15, 2013. The exercise was part of their qualification and certification to keep their skills sharp and their people prepared and mission ready.
