Marty Friedman - Live in San Antonio, TX March 9, 2023「マーティ・フリードマン ライブ 2023

Just a small portion of Marty Friedman’s amazing performance in San Antonio. Myself and everyone at Vibes San Antonio that night were amazed by Marty’s playing and his band (especially his drummer) from Japan, who are all top-notch musicians in their own right. I intentionally did not include his Tornado of Souls solo in this video since his own catalog as a solo artist is amazing. Yes, he contributed to Megadeth’s success but he is much more than a former Megadeth band member. Marty is a master of melodic, instrumental metal music (fast and slow, heavy and acoustic). Marty is in a class of guitarists among the greats: Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, and Yngwie Malmsteen. I hope he gets an invitation from Mr. Satriani and is part of the G3 Tour someday.
