If I had a “Top-5 favorites of all-time“ list, this would most definitely be listed high! One of the best albums ever recorded in jazz-fusion in my book, featuring multi-instrumentalist David Blamires. I have had this CD since it was brand new in January, 1990, on the original Nova Records label. Bought it specifically for “Deep Is The Midnight Sea“, and “The Fourth World“ which I heard on ’Portraits In Sound’ back in 1990 on WPCH. You can definitely hear many tributes to his brief stints with the Pat Metheny Group.
